If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we sincerely apologise and are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. You must complete our Returns & Exchange Form and email it to info@somwellpackaging.co.uk.

  2. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  3. It must be returned in its original packaging.

  4. A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. We will inspect it and determine if it meets our return criteria.

  2. We will notify you once the inspection is complete.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you will need to return the products to us at your own cost.
