Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We use a standard delivery service with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days.
Please note: Weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays are not considered working days.
At Somwell, we work with trusted couriers to provide fast and reliable delivery. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us—we’ll do everything we can to help.
We ship across Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland. Please be aware that delivery charges may vary for locations outside mainland UK.
Areas considered outside mainland UK may incur additional shipping fees.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over £14.99 within mainland UK, Scotland but excluding the Scottish Highlands.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return
Once we receive your returned item.We will inspect it and determine if it meets our return criteria.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you will need to return the products to us at your own cost.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, please email info@somwellpackaging.co.uk. We will arrange a collection and provide a credit, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
